1. Provider | Medical Imaging

A key innovation gap exists in medical imaging, where AI can significantly improve diagnostic accuracy, workflow efficiency, and clinical outcomes at scale.

Relevant solutions include:

• AI-powered image analysis and clinical decision support

• Radiology, pathology, or specialty imaging workflows enhanced with AI

• End-to-end imaging platforms (ingestion, annotation, inference, reporting)

• Solutions built for regulated healthcare environments with strong security and compliance

• Cloud-native architectures aligned with Azure for large-scale imaging workloads

2. Payor | Data, Operations & Member Experience

We are also prioritizing Payor-focused platforms that modernize health plan operations through AI and automation.

Key focus areas:

• Unified Data for Outcomes & Efficiency

  Integration of structured and unstructured healthcare data with AI-driven insights

• Personalized Member Experience

  AI-enabled self-service, care navigation, and benefits personalization

• Automated Claims, Enrollment & Prior Authorization

  Intelligent document processing and workflow automation

• Internal Team Enablement & Collaboration

  Generative AI tools for secure, compliant productivity across teams

Eligibility Criteria

Startups must meet the following requirements:

• Series A+ venture-backed B2B company

• $1M+ ARR

• Less than 6 years old (up to 8 years for healthcare startups)

• Deploying, or ready to deploy, on Microsoft Azure

• GTM leadership in place (CRO and/or CMO)

• Eligible for Azure Commercial Marketplace transactions

What Selected Startups Receive

• Enterprise customer introductions and co-sell opportunities

• Up to $250,000 in Azure credits
