Charl Amin is a seasoned leader and technologist with extensive experience in Digital Transformation across Africa. Currently serving as the Corporate Segment Leader at Microsoft South Africa, Charl has successfully led digital transformation initiatives, developed customer strategies, delivered successful partnerships, and driven business growth.

Charl holds an MBA from Wits Business School and a BSc Hons in Computing & Information Systems from London Metropolitan.

Over the years, Charl has held various leadership roles at KPMG, Microsoft, and EY, consistently demonstrating expertise in consulting, partnerships, business development, and management. Notably, Charl pioneered the start of new business lines at both KPMG and EY, and successfully piloted new roles at Microsoft. Additionally, Charl has helped many Microsoft Partners develop and grow new services, showcasing a strong ability to innovate and lead.

Charl is passionate about supporting women in business and is actively involved in initiatives that empower women across various career stages and industries.

Outside of work, Charl is associated with the Art of Living, a spiritual organization aimed at fostering a peaceful and non-violent society.
